Refund Policy - the basics

New Horizon International Media Group (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional media, communication, consulting, and customized services. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Policy

All services provided by New Horizon International Media Group are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments made for strategic consulting, media services, research, content production, or customized solutions are considered final, reflecting the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources.

2. Service Engagements

For project-based or retainer-based services:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been delivered, partially delivered, or initiated.

  • In the event of project cancellation by the client prior to commencement, eligibility for a partial refund (if any) will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing.

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If digital products, reports, or subscription-based services are offered:

  • Access to digital content is granted immediately upon confirmation.

  • No refunds will be provided once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion. Approval of any refund does not establish a precedent for future cases.
